A: You can check your spam inbox. If you still can't find it, you can send us an email to sales@onlybestparcel.com to get the code. 

Q: I received my order and something is missing. What can I do?

A: Please take a photo of all the items and send it to sales@onlybestparcel.com. We will send you a the missing items or you can choose to refund the missing items.

Q: I just ordered. When will you ship my order?

A: We offer 3-Day Shipping for all orders. This is the maximum time to ship orders.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Normally it takes about 7-25 days to arrive. During COVID-19, orders take a little longer than usual to arrive. You can check our Shipping and Return page for more information.

Once the item(s) is shipped out, we share with you the tracking code so you can track the shipment at any time.
